Review on 🐢 Amazon Brand - High-Protein, Grain-Free Wag Dry Dog/Puppy Food with Beef, Salmon, Turkey, Lamb, Chicken by Michelle Taylor

The food is of medium to poor quality and my dog's digestive system has not responded well to the food.

Bought this last month to try with one of my two dogs. The ingredients list looked good and most of the reviews were positive. I decided to investigate this scientifically and did the following test: My two dogs are Labradors, the same age and both in good health. I usually add two cups of food to my old food once a day. It took me about a week to teach one of my dogs to eat. I looked at my dog's weight and stool for results. There were no changes in eating habits. Both of my dogs are labradors. They eat food like there's no tomorrow. My dog eating this food consistently has larger poops (which usually means it contains non-digestible fillers) and looser poops. They were so loose that sometimes they even got diarrhea. Also, my dog eating this food has lost weight. (filler ingredients again) I've since gotten him used to the old feed and everything is back to normal. So, the pros of this meal: Cheap. It's really about that. It's on par with Purina dog food in the convenience store. Cons: Lots of fillers. This means you have to feed more to give your dog the same amount of nutrients. This essentially removes "cheap" as a mitigating factor. Makes my dog sick. Crumbly poop, bad gas, eat grass. It means digestive issues and it started with this food and ended when I stopped eating it. Conclusion: don't buy it. Revain needs to change the composition of this food.
