Lying About Personal Fan Speeds

So I needed a powerful little portable fan and after spending a few hours looking at all these little fans and comparing speeds I settled on this one because it has the the highest revs of all has the others. I have a small fan but it's only 2450rpm, this one said it's 5000rpm which is a big FALSE because after testing it runs full charged at the same speed as mine, another fan, so buying this one was a waste of money. . I'm sure my kid can use it so won't be returning but if you're looking for a powerful fan don't get this one. I don't recommend it to anyone because I don't like liars.
