I like the automated way you can get contacts from a list of people. I dislike that you can't save the list of people that you have. I wish I could save it and then I could export the list to a csv file. I have been using this for a while now and I like that I can get contacts from a list of people. I am able to save the list of contacts to a csv file. I also like that I can send emails to all the contacts in the list. It is very simple to use - just drag & drop your way through it! This software has made our job much easier in terms of finding emails for potential clients/customers as we have never been able to do this before (we used an excel spreadsheet previously). The reporting section can be improved by adding additional columns so that reports are better presented for you guys. I recommend using profile hoppers if you want help with lead generation or prospecting.
