This is America's Spoiled Tool. Who else needs a special tool to fix Christmas lights? But here it is and I needed one of these after purchasing what I thought were quality outdoor Christmas lights on sale after the big day. I installed them and after a few weeks they started to fail. This tool really helps to determine which light is not working. There were several blown bulbs on my fairy lights and I was able to fix them all with some critical thinking and patience. The tool may not be suitable for you. But if you're willing to take your time and learn how to use this tool, then it's perfect. All my fairy lights are working and ready for next season. You have to center the metal tip piercing the wire to make the electrical connection and this is how the fault is diagnosed. Not being a lighting and Christmas/holiday specialist (I used that term not to offend anyone) it took me a while to figure out what was wrong with the wiring and how many of my bulbs had gone out. So as you can see I've been locked in my house during the Covid 19 lockdown with nothing to do but browse past Revain purchases. Next I'll give a sharp review of toilet paper I bought in China in March 2020 but it still hasn't arrived by 05/17/2020 so I'll wait before loosening my tongue and blaming China for everything. my problems because it seems wrong to blame Obama. :)
