⚡️ Fluke T5600 Electrical Voltage, Continuity, and Current Tester: Accurate and Reliable Electrical Testing Solution Review

Bought from YT on recommendation of the University of Electrical. I wish it had mentioned that it only reads to the nearest volt and doesn't measure DC. I hold the meter and probe in one hand, the probe gets stuck and never comes out. I am extremely disappointed. I thought Fluke only made good meters. How naive I am, even at my age!

This meter does everything I need. It doesn't come with a case, but I carry it in my bag in my bag so the case isn't needed and just takes up more space. For anyone reporting amplifier plugs not working, make sure you're only measuring one conductor. If you put both hot (black) and neutral (white) in the forks, they will cancel each other out and read zero.

Having been an electrician for over 30 years I can tell you that you don't want to guess about electricity. I have been using this gauge model for 18 years and bought it for my grandson to help him troubleshoot. I think the only thing that ever broke this meter was leaving it on the roof in heavy rain. Otherwise it is a rigid meter with automatic range and polarity detection at DC. The amp plug is much easier to use than the clamp and with the locking button, all you have to do is test, press the button, then remove the meter and count. The audio is strong when checking for continuity and that's it.
