I recommend L-Lysine

A quality product that lives up to the advertising. The capsules are not too big and are easy to crush. The capsules are also easy to open. I had a friend who has herpes and takes lysine so I bought it. I love seeing Good Manufacturing Practices and Lab Tested Labels. These days you never know what supplement manufacturers are, but NaturalCure Labs seems to be the real deal.
