It's like a crap shoot to get one of the defective ones.
The top front of the basket cracked after the first use. It wasn't even loaded with heavy items. After looking at the negative reviews on this item, it turned out that this is a fairly common basket cracking problem. Although this item has quite a few positive reviews, receiving one of the defective ones looks like crap. I'll try the warranty and then we'll see.
