This is a good printer, but it's twice the size of the competition, so it needs a LARGE table. Paper jams 25 to 60% of the time. The ink is very expensive, but there is no scanner. (The regular $79 cartridge lasted 6 months. I was told it was 3,000 pages, but I didn't have anywhere near that number. I bought a high-yield replacement cartridge for $329. It should be interesting to see this dem to explain to the boss!) And when you're running low on ink, there's no warning - so don't use that receipt printer. On the plus side, it doesn't get hot, so jams can be cleared without burns. Cons: ALL THE TIME sticks! I just printed a 7 page statement and it got stuck 4 times!
