I do water aerobics every day.These shoes are great in the water. They are easy to slip on and they give me a little cushion on the bottom of my feet when jumping or jogging in the water. Since they are the only shoe I wear in the water, I appreciate how quickly they dry for my next use. I like them so much that I bought a pair for my sister to use while in the water.
