Disappointed. This is a mixed review and I don't know how to rate it. First, the packaging, a plastic bag with no bubbles or any protection for a heavy sheet metal product, was an unreasonable solution for transportation. The tin can has been damaged, bumped or dropped and will not stand up at all. The pencils were broken, some in the tree. They lost about an inch after sharpening. The trays were also smashed on the right side where a tin can fell. As for the pencils, the colors are beautiful; a wide range of shades of green and brown. I don't consider them a soft line, rather semi-soft. Definitely not Prismacolor Premium quality, but not bad. Good quality wood. In general, I couldn't enjoy it and expect a better product. I wouldn't give without knowing the conditions upon arrival. This must be shipped in a box with a plastic bubble.
