Review on ALLZONE Adjustable Rustproof Shower Caddy Corner: 4-Tier Bathtub Storage Organizer, White, 56-114 Inch by Sherrill Jensen

The packaging was very nice and clear what's what. The instructions are a bit confusing but what you understand is what is shown, it's pretty simple. Aside from the chrome strips, the plastic levels are lightweight and feel a bit flimsy, but the way they're designed allows you to easily change the height and angle of the levels, so it's a compromise. Unfortunately, one of the o-rings holding the towel rail (see picture with the blue circle) broke trying to put it on the crossbar. It's very thin and I would like it to be firmer. Either way, I can either buy it myself or leave it on the top shelf (as shown in the picture). I would recommend buying this product as it is beautiful to look at. The functionality is there and it looks good. ***UPDATE 12/08/19***: After my initial review, I've raised my rating from 4 stars to 5 because I've seen how well the fill levels hold up to some weight and even with bottles. fell on him. I also received a surprise package in the mail with extra rubber strips and a rubber o-ring to replace the broken one! Thank you for your customer service.
