Everything would be fine, but they decided to extend the remote work - and the task arose to equip the workplace at home. In order to somehow diversify the work, I decided to try vertical mice and trackballs as a replacement for the traditional mouse. By analogy with the older model (it was a pity for the money), I printed a stand on a 3D printer that turns the trackball 45 degrees - the hand now rests on it in the manner of a vertical mouse. It became really convenient. By the way, I found the stand by the index of the model on thingiverse and did not even redraw it especially. As a result, for about 10 hours of work with the trackball, I use a regular mouse for about an hour. In combination with the warm-up of the hands, I almost forgot about some kind of fatigue in the wrist and forearm. However, there is a serious suspicion that if it were not for reading articles about the ergonomics of the workplace and the dangers of an ordinary mouse at the beginning of quarantine, then I would not have thought about any fatigue. But that is a completely different story.
