AVOID MERRELL products! Merrell's quality has hit an all-time low, coupled with an almost complete lack of response from the company. Bought my son a pair of MERRELL TRAIL QUEST shoes this year (just over a month ago) and have only worn about 5 or 6 times since purchase, toe no longer blued. There is almost no wear and tear on these shoes. Of course, it's only been a few days since the 30-day return period, and MERRELL hasn't responded to a direct request for assistance. Long gone are the days when I bought cheap MERRELL shoes made in China at an inflated price. . Quality and durability are non-existent and the company is not responsible. FAIL!
