After only 3 weeks of wearing one of the laces broke which is very disappointing considering we paid more for a quality product we were hoping for.

AVOID MERRELL products! Merrell's quality has hit an all-time low, coupled with an almost complete lack of response from the company. Bought my son a pair of MERRELL TRAIL QUEST shoes this year (just over a month ago) and have only worn about 5 or 6 times since purchase, toe no longer blued. There is almost no wear and tear on these shoes. Of course, it's only been a few days since the 30-day return period, and MERRELL hasn't responded to a direct request for assistance. These shoes are great for my daughter who has slightly wide feet. This is the second pair we have received in this style; the first grew small. If you wear shoes and drag your feet on a bike every day for six months, they start to wear out, but I guess that's to be expected.

So disappointed. The shoes came in a plastic bag. When I opened my bag I found they had sent me a pair of used shoes. If I wanted to buy something from Savers, that's where I would go.

I love Merrell in general - I've worn Moab boots and steel toe work boots for many years. But this is a very poor quality shoe. After about 45 days, the fabric strap holding the ring simply ripped. Shortly thereafter, my son showed me the worn insole and explained that he could feel the sock wearing through and that wearing it was becoming uncomfortable. Pretty disappointing. Won't be buying Merrells for my kids again.

My daughters are not very rough and the lining around their ankles has worn off after wearing them to school for a month. Disappointed with the price.
