It is what I expected. It is not heavy duty, but gets the job done. I like the dust cover, although it is a pain to zip and unzip, so I just leave the flaps down without being zipped. It does have a flap if you want to leave it open all the time. It was not well marked for assembly, but this isn't my first rodeo for assembling things, so I could figure it out. It is not something you would want to move more than a couple of times because it is very flexible. I wear a woman's 11, so the shoes did fit on the rack, which was a pleasant surprise. I am used to having to buy men's shoe racks. Overall I would buy this again.
