Review on Retail Pulse by Shane Yay

I like that it is very easy to use with no complicated features or buttons. It's simple and straightforward which makes training employees easier than other systems we've used in the past. The system has been able to help us improve our customer service by being faster at responding to issues and questions from customers who are visiting stores. We have also been able to track sales performance better using this software as well as tracking inventory and keeping up with orders. There isn't anything about this program that we dislike but if you're looking for something quick and easy to train new team members then maybe look elsewhere. This software helps us keep track of all daily activities so that managers can see everything their staff is doing without having to ask them what they did every day. Also helps me make sure my staff doesn't get behind on any tasks because I can easily check each employee's progress through this platform.
