This is a lot smaller than I expected which is not bad. It's so small it almost fits in the palm of my hand. It's perfect for my son who lives in Houston because of the many storms that blow there. it can also use cellular communication during a power outage. Having NOAA is a huge plus for anyone living in a storm area. The only thing that would make it better would be if it had a radio, but as that's not the design or purpose I have to say that overall I'm happy with the features and how it works.
