Pros: Chair is stable, well-built, seemingly stable for years to come. Easy assembly, great directions, and packaged better than most pieces. If you have no problems it is bliss!Cons: If you are without pieces, or any part of it is dysfunctional - let the wait begin. You will be working with support from Razer. Friendly correspondence is on the other side of the planet so it gives or takes 24 hours to get a response each time if needed. Seems more work to get this fixed compared to actually putting the chair together (which should be the only laborous part). If you fidget while sitting or like to cross your legs from time-to-time, get the XL. While the Standard is great for posture, it is intended for restricted movements and thinner frames. You will have a few if not more often thoughts of an added cushion for a head or lower back as an adjustment piece for longer sit times.It is a no-brainer in purchasing once you have the size of chair down. But, the most frustrating part is enduring; if there is indeed something wrong with your order. Wanting/wishing the right experience for everyone!
