Nightmare scenario is best for foot, hand and nail care

I am happy with the strength of the bubble and how much it moves water. It is enough to move some water and keep the water warm for a maximum of about 20 minutes. However, it is quite loud, I can even get over it. What I didn't know and the instructions didn't say was that it catches water from the bottom of the vents (Is this normal? I asked a question but nobody answered). No water spilled out when I filled it up, but after it fell on the floor and started moving, I noticed some water on the floor. I thought it was because it was moved or maybe some bubbles came out during use. I poured out the water and everything looked fine and empty until I let it dry on my desk. Long story short, after sitting around it licked enough and fried my laptop. The power supply got wet and now my laptop is shorted out. Water doesn't look like it at all, but it definitely traps water underneath and leaks even after it's fully drained and flushed. It didn't feel like there was any water in it at all, but it is. Again, I couldn't get an answer, so I'm not even sure if this is normal or if I have a weird leak from the inside. The instructions say nothing about the bottom vent. I'd say stick with the regular bowl or spend more money on something better. The cheapness later cost me $500.
