Bought based on other good reviews and "massage" settings. But it turned out to be just average in performance. Not strong enough, only "massages" a small area; and don't pulse as efficiently as the "waterp**k" models released over a decade ago. However, if you like the "Rain" setting, the pattern will be wide and full. Please note that in the off position (as intended) it does not turn off completely. The swivel connector is so tight that it cannot be rotated to adjust the angle. It's still usable, so I'm not sending it back. For about $20, it's not that bad. It would be nice if the tuning lever was a bit bigger and had markings for some commonly used patterns. The manufacturer needs to make the rotary dial more obvious so that the user doesn't have to pull it occasionally to adjust it.
