This antenna may be suitable for attic installation

I have not actually installed this antenna. The construction was too light for my area (60+ mph winds are common). In terms of construction, this antenna is perhaps suitable for installation in the attic, but in my opinion it will quickly fail if installed outdoors due to the weather. The bottom wire is quite thin and I think cable losses will easily wipe out the gain. Having looked at this antenna as a technician with over 40 years of experience I would not recommend this antenna. Homework on what you need is important. Don't pay too much attention to mileage, as it's not an exact metric (the way different companies measure mileage makes it meaningless), but rather a color scale established by the FCC. Visit the Antennas website to get an accurate idea of what you need. Remember that you should choose your antenna based on the weakest channel you want to receive. With the 20 year old antenna I am currently using, I receive 135 digital channels, 3 analogue. I know the antenna I'm using is rusted and taped up and I'd happily replace it, but do your homework.
