I bought this because I liked the wood look instead of a traditional metal filing cabinet and the affordable price. Let me warn you, don't waste your time, it's not worth it. My item arrived quickly and the packaging was undamaged. However, inside the package there was no protection or padding between any of the boards, just styrofoam surrounding the outermost layer. The drawer slides come pre-installed on the boards and due to this slight rubbing and sliding during shipping, all of my boards' inner linings are significantly scratched. I also think there was a lot of dust and sticky, oily, greasy residue on the rails. to lubricate and it also got everywhere. I was able to get rid of most of it, but the scratches are still bad and many high friction areas are just grayed out now. Luckily it's only inside, but you can see it when you pull out the drawers. The front edges of the drawers have also arrived, the white laminate is already peeling off, so it already looks ugly, cracked and unused like new. The slide rail is not smooth at all and very clunky, you have to make a lot of effort to close it. until it stops and it "snaps" as shown in the video. The instructions were easy to follow for the most part, I had a hard time with the boxes not realizing I had built them backwards until I could mount them on the bracket. You shouldn't disassemble it and somehow repackage it to send it back, but I can't advise anyone, don't waste your time. Thankfully it packs away in a closet so cosmetic damage isn't noticeable, but it still worries me a lot because it's 'new'.
