Used to install a connector in a Jeep Wrangler without removing the engine, disconnecting manifolds or similar. The discs are durable and easy to install. I found it very handy to start with a standard air hammer to tap the connector and get it working, then switch to the included rod to finish the job. It's a specialty tool, but it made the job so easy. It's worth saving time and knowing that the connector is flush, even if it's hard to see from all sides with the headers on. The carrying case is ok, nice to keep the parts together. In search of it, I saw models where the rod is attached to the disc. with a swivel, and I'm wondering if that would be a better design. However, I consider the flexibility to use other percussion instruments with this product's plain discs to be an advantage.
