Sticky and hard to get out. Great taste!

I bought these because my son is obsessed with Paw Patrol but the toothpaste itself isn't that great. The tube is about half full, very sticky and difficult to remove. It tastes great, which is good because my son loves brushing his teeth because it's "yummy". On the other hand, he wants to eat it because it tastes so good, which doesn't help teaching him NOT to eat toothpaste when he's ready to switch to regular baby toothpaste.
