Contrary to all product information, this carrier is too big for small/narrow (12") trailer tires like my EZ Loader boat trailer. Of course, but even at the minimum width setting the pins touch the ends not even the wheel itself, unless you turn the device sideways about 45 degrees. , just pull the handle up and clip it to the fender and the tire spins as usual and the device is still locked Also on the box it says it's a "Rhino Lock" which I didn't know had a function but I guess. Anyway I'll probably send it back. For a small pendant this really only serves as a visual deterrent.
