Update 60 days after purchase: 2 stars I originally gave this product 4 stars; However, 60 days after using the product, the mechanism that keeps the phone in place no longer works. It doesn't stay on the latch I need to hold my phone. It doesn't look like I can tighten it to fix it. I'm not sure if the marriage was just with me. However, I do have a 360 degree rotating long IPOW windshield mount arm/neck that I have previously purchased and will return to. This mechanism is more reliable and works better. The reason I switched is because he has a long hand and I wanted a short hand instead. Rating a week after purchase: 4 stars. Very durable material and adheres very well to surfaces. The mechanism that holds the phone in place is of good quality and the grip is excellent. The product is easy to use; however, it consists of two parts. When trying to assemble it, I had to move it around a bit to fit one round piece into the other. It wasn't difficult, but it wasn't easy to assemble either.
