This is incredibly cute, I bought 1 yellow and 2 white for the center island, yellow looks so pretty, I'm very impressed. The initial installation is actually quite simple but I made the mistake of not removing the black cover on the first chair and thought the knob adjustment was faulty and contacted support with the issue. They were very responsive and offered a refund even though it was my fault. Husband figured it out, helped pull the black cap out of the tube, it wasn't an easy task, he put the cap in, it was hard to pull out. So please be sure to read the instructions before installing, I wanted to assemble it too much so there was a problem. I also love the size of these stools, they can slide in and out of the center island without blocking traffic and best of all they look very nice in a modern kitchen setting. I will be buying another yellow because I really love the rich color! Thanks again to the support team, they have been very patient with me.
