Review on DataChannel by Andrew Krishna
I was looking for a platform like datachannel for our project
The best thing about this software it's ease in use for our project manager who does not have much technical expertise at that point! We are using Datachannel as well with other platforms like Google analytics etc but we were able t find anything similar than datachaolne when searching or comparing features/pricing model between them so far nothing negative yet just keep trying till I found one out there :) Good part was their support team they really helped us understand how things work by providing video tutorials (which i think should be more available).
Pros
- Easy to setup, customization is easy too.
- Analytics dashboard
- Segment creation tool ability track organic traffic from social media sites such FB & Twitter(to see which content drives most visits)Good feature also if you can link up GA account within your DTC platform data source.it automatically pulls all visitor information into each profile created under google analytic tracking code..less manual process involved
