I like that you can customize your app to fit any size business. The process of getting started is slow in small teams because there's so much customization required to get it up an running smoothly for one department or user community within our organization. We're moving towards using Feit as well has other products from this vendor but we are also looking at competitors too. As with all things software related - be patient! Our team was able to utilize Feith quickly after implementation and now we have been able to grow into many different areas beyond what originally intended (think customizations).
