Switched from soft cleated stockings to this style and am glad I did. Very comfortable and can't tell a significant difference in traction. Would give them a 5 star rating except for how the language is done. It is sewn on the sides, which makes it difficult to put on and take off. Asked my wife if I could take a pair of scissors and cut off my tongue. Her look answered my question. In general I like the shoes, I recommend. By the way, I wear size 12 running shoes, and these shoes fit me in size 11.5.
