I have arthrosis in my knee and I will definitely have to wear a knee orthosis until I have a replacement operation. I have tried two other brands in the last 4 months but gave up on this one because it is the most expensive of the three. But . . . this one is definitely different. Others only had two Velcro straps with two crossed elastics, which worked quite well until the cases started to stick; cheap velcro with short pile on both. This brace has strong velcro closures - with extra velcro closure, as well as sewn in side supports that really make the difference and stay in place.
