I had high expectations of this shoe. NB has a good reputation, especially 990v5, for treating big toe arthritis and bursitis. Armed with the knowledge that NB shoes run small, I ordered a size up and wider. However, my legs almost fall off the right and left edges. The bump on my right leg is almost sticking through the net. Don't think that NB Wide shoes are wide. They are actually medium/narrow (and NB Medium are very narrow). If you have a wide foot, toe, or knuckles, this shoe will not be comfortable for you. They probably don't fit either.
