The best part of Dept is that they are always looking out for your needs! I've had nothing but positive experiences working with my Account Executive, who helped me every step of the way through our contract.

They are very responsive to any changes we made (or wanted changed) and they were able to find ways to fit our business requirements into their platform in creative ways. No complaints here! Their software is also very easy to use! I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent customer service experience! We needed help setting up our account and making sure that all of our client's information was accurate and easily accessible. Our Account Executive was available and quick to respond whenever we had questions or concerns, and she went above and beyond to make sure that everything worked perfectly for us.
