I like the fact that the team is very responsive and able to adapt to our needs. They are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our experience is as good as possible. It's a bit difficult to get in touch with them when you need to ask a question. I would like to see more options for the user to be able to contact the team. The best part of Dept is that they are always looking out for your needs! I've had nothing but positive experiences working with my Account Executive, who helped me every step of the way through our contract. They are very responsive to any changes we made (or wanted changed) and they were able to find ways to fit our business requirements into their platform in creative ways. No complaints here! The team at Dept are very friendly to work with - they have an amazing sense of humour which is always appreciated! I would say there isn't anything in particular about department as such but just getting my website up-to date was quite time consuming for me so it took longer than expected (and more expensive).
