I bought a 2TB hard drive, even six months later it stopped working, contacted Seagate who was not helpful at all. My gaming console was slow so I bought this product to see if it would help speed it up and it did, but I'm afraid if it breaks I will try again to get help from the customer service department . Paying sixty-seven bucks every six months would be boring, and customer service has to work like they honestly don't care if it's broken. I don't know if I would buy anything from them again.
