The free card reader is very slow

The card body is very good, but the free card reader is very slow, I mean very slow! I was so impatient that I stopped the process and pulled out my Kingston Multicard Reader and used it and it was done in about 3 minutes. The card reader that I received with the suitcase worked after about 25 minutes when I gave up and went to my Kingston.
