I love this item! My old steamer had died and I needed a new one. I bought this so I no longer need an ironing board. The steam section works well. I love that I can remove the steam generator and wand to steam sanitize my bed. The stand is taller than my previous one which makes it easier to steam clothes. Once I figure out the trick, setting it up on hardware is super easy. I just ironed a silk curtain panel onto it and it worked. It may have taken a little longer due to the smaller surface area of the ironing board, but it worked very well. There are a lot of plastic parts, I hope it lasts. My old one had wheels and was easier to move. But I keep it in my spare room which I use as a closet so I don't have to move it often. I use it very often. I'm glad my old steamer no longer works.
