Review on Teva Men's TANWAY Sandal in 👟 Chocolate: The Perfect Blend of Style and Athleticism by Bryce Marshall

I've bought several pairs of Holliway over the years. I would buy it again but my size is out of stock so I ordered this model instead. I really like the zipper; very convenient. These sandals seem almost identical to the Holliway, except they don't have a loop on the heel strap (which I don't usually use anyway, so I don't miss them). I use one pair for walking on the beach and the other pair for walking around the house or on a walk. I can't wear beach shoes at home because sand gets into the cracks where the straps come out of the rubber insole and then seeps onto the floor inside the house (this can be fixed by sealing the seams with polyurethane caulk). The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I've found that after 3-4 years of intense beach wear and steep climbs, the straps lose traction with the insole and I have to restore them with some shoe goo, and I do also drive a few screws into the sides of the sole through each strap for extra reinforcement. It seems that Teva might add some kind of metal hardware to the sandals at the factory.
