I got these for the 360 degree brush. I actually use it to brush my dog's teeth. The light is weird and helps me see inside her mouth, but it doesn't blink. One press turns the light on, another press makes it vibrate slightly, and a third press turns it off. It requires 1 AAA battery which is not included. I have the feeling that it works well, but I don't see the benefit of a slight vibration as it mainly vibrates at the handle and not the brush tip. I'd like the tip to twist or swirl like an oral B, but I haven't noticed any difference in the way it cleans my teeth. I have a feeling it would work just as well without the lights and vibrations, which is why I see no value in paying close to $40 for something that works as well as a $10 360 degree hand brush. I think this is really overpriced for what you get. If it was around $15-20 I would rate it higher but I just don't see the value for the current price. My other issue with this brush is that I don't see a way to swap out the brush head. . I see that the brush head can be removed for cleaning by twisting and pulling, but I don't see any way to buy a replacement. Thanks for reading my review Becky Brooks
