Works like it shows.I have dark brown hair and it make mine a light gray. However, I had to use about half of the container for an all over application. My hair was hard like a helmet, and while I was in the car going to my destination, I was getting a little sick. I had to roll the window down even though it was November in New England. But it dried pretty quickly and when I showered at night, it washed out very clean. It was easy on, and easy off. I would try all the colors for some easy, no commitment hair color. But knowing it would be about 2-3 uses for $10+ may not be worth it, but it would beat a permanent color at the salon as that would be quite pricey!
