When I received the Nekteck surge protector, there was no company information or even a data sheet/device information sheet in the packaging. When I plugged it in, the amber light came on, raising concerns that there was a problem. (On my other surge protectors, the green light is usually on or off when working properly). So I went to contact the company, but quickly found that they didn't offer a customer service number, which made me a little worried. In fact, its website doesn't even provide background information about the company itself, raising even more concerns. He offered an email address but who knows how long, if ever, they will get back to me. does not offer customer service. . . Just a warning to anyone considering this product or company.
