Two of the three bracket kits were defective. If you installed the bracket flush with the wall, the front and back of the shelf will not be level. Also, it was crooked so you had a gap on the sides and the screws couldn't get into the bottom of the shelf. One bracket was missing a weld piece through which the bottom screw had to be inserted. Considering the wood is very thin I would definitely like that third screw for added security. The hardware installation instructions made no sense. You cannot place the shelf on the brackets, lift it up, and then mark the holes as in the instruction diagram as they are not fixed at this point. And when you put them on first, they cover the wall mount holes so you can't mark the wall or mount. The last thing was that there were scratches on one of the shelves. I would not recommend this product.
