Less irritating to scalp Color definitely reddish
I switched to henna because I had a severe allergic reaction to regular hair dye. Read more about it and the ingredient, particularly in black hair dye, is a pungent and suspected (or known) carcinogen. Oh! So henna doesn't seem to last as long and takes longer to work with, but that's okay. It's a lot easier than mixing my own henna and indigo powders.
