Yes the 3 inch coil spring washer raised the front about 2.5 inches. My truck now looks very nice and smooth. But bad/negative front camber adjustment is now a nightmare. I now have a negative camber bike and a positive camber bike, this is going to ruin my tires now, if I knew I wouldn't take so much out. If you don't mind bad camber and you just want the looks then this is for you.
