I bought these for weight lifting use. I had to use in-ear headphones while I was going to the gym. The liners just won't stay in place. The current headphones I have were about to be replaced so I decided to give them a try and I'm glad I did. You stay in place, no questions asked. I tried everything to make them fall out and they didn't fall out. Sometimes I use special earplugs to sleep, so I'm used to putting things in my ears. If you are not used to this, you may have to get used to the fit, as it goes into the ear canal. But they are quite comfortable and I had no issues with the fit. I was really blown away by how well this one size fits all of my ears. They give the feeling of something clinging to your skin like rubber gloves on your hands. But it's not uncomfortable, and I just have the feeling that if I pull on the cable, the normal in-ear headphones will naturally fall out. They sound good, but let in a little more background noise than we'd like. Again, I'm used to full-size models, so I wouldn't judge them. If you want a comfortable fit and good sound, I would highly recommend them. UPDATE: 10 months later one of the headphones has died as the warranty is only 90 days and they are going in the trash. That's why the rating drops to one star. I cannot recommend a product that is useless after 10 months. So I'll start waiting a year to do any reviews.
