Nice but needs improvement

This is a nice doorstop but it doesn't work as well as I would like. I was able to get this to work by turning the guy upside down and also using duct tape. I tried to use it when moving to a new apartment and the door closed slowly several times. Unfortunately he won't be good at keeping the door open but I still like him because he's cute, it just takes a bit of work to get him to stay at all.
