They are great. We have three kits (all except fluorescent) and we use them often, they always work and show no signs of running out anytime soon. We usually use them on newspaper with a second sheet at the bottom and that's enough to keep them from dripping on the table. The ink dries in minutes even if the area is saturated. We left them open for 30 minutes, they are still fine. Some of the other reviews mentioned coloring, but I had no problems - the ink can leave a bit of color residue on the skin after a gentle wash, but only for a day, and it's no worse than any other marker or color we've used have. .You are really shiny. The ink applies without much flicker, but as it dries the sheen becomes more apparent. You can layer different colors while the page is wet, they won't become cloudy. good toy Update late 2015 - they're still going strong! We still love her. They've been coming out multiple times a month for over 5 years!
