Review on Charted by Chp Rodgers

The ability for me as an analyst in my organization can easily visualize all our business processes using this software which helps us understand where we are making improvements or need more work from other departments within the orgnaization! Nothing much I dislike about Charted but would like some improvement with its UI/UX if possible when compared against similar products out there (like Tableau). Its very easy way how you could get insights into your own process flow without having any technical know-how required by solving problems related around Data Visualisation & Dashboards etc.,.
