Review on Roll Your Way to Sushi ๐Ÿฃ Success: Sushi Roll Go Dice Game Unleashed! by Jonathan Reddick

Like Sushi Go. but more random and less try your luck

My husband and I have Sushi Go!, Sushi Go Party! Enjoyed and really wanted to try Sushi Roll. We wished for a little. The game is played by everyone, starting with the same number of dice, you roll, choose one to keep, then move all other dice to the next player and roll again. Very similar to the original card game. What we didn't like was that you rerolled all dice that were rolled in the first round as soon as they were passed to another player. Seems to have added more randomness and removed the mechanic of knowing what to have the other player choose from and hoping for a certain type of sushi to come back to you so you get the points you want. It's less difficult this way, but takes away from the luck of the original card game that we enjoyed. We can adopt a house rule that no reroll is allowed except at the start of the round (instead of every turn). In general a bit disappointed.
