Just as fun as the original Sushi Go!

We are fans of the original Sushi Go game and this is an evolution of the original. Sushi Rolls has the same basic concept as Sushi Go (adding points on cards) but requires a lot more strategy from the players and winners/losers are not so easily determined in advance every round/game. The games last longer than the original Sushi Go game and young players may not fully understand the game's strategy. We played with my kids (15, 12) and they loved it; a must-have if you're a fan of the original

I'm thinking of buying a second copy

I love how I was able to learn this game by reading the rules - I figured out how to play the game after one playthrough and it took time less than 10 minutes. I love the way the dice are rolled and I love the feel of the dice - they are well printed, cute and fun to play with. The boards for the players are also very good - thick, durable and functional - they show the number of points and the pictures refer to the number of sides of the dice. I really like this game a lot. I might buy a…

I think it replaces Sushi Go

I'm having a Sushi Go party and while it's fun, this one replaces it for me. Players take turns throwing and drawing dice like cards in Sushi-Go. The reason I like it more is that you can see what others have and swap or reroll dice if you must. More flexibility and interaction between players. I just wish it had up to eight players like Sushi-Go. Each face of the cube corresponds to different values. The values are clearly marked on your tablet along with the areas on each side. That way you…

Play Sushi Go! with dice? Yes!

If you have Sushi Go! or Sushi Go Party and love to roll dice, you will love this version of the game. I love all of these things so this was a one day purchase for me. I have played this game several times with my family and we all really enjoyed it. Even my 3 year old kid was able to understand the mechanics of the game as it's pretty easy to pick up. When it's your turn, simply roll a dice, choose a dice, and move it to the player on the right. Repeat rinsing until all cubes are gone. The…

Let me see Sushi Roll

A real surprise and delightful game. Being able to see which dice show up even if you don't know exactly what faces will be on them, and the turn-based selection makes it a game that, despite the obvious similarities, is very different from Sushi Go or Sushi Go Party differs. Which style you prefer is a matter of taste. I prefer this to Sushi Go (and Party) for the turn-based selection, the interactivity, being able to trade dice with someone else, and not relying on memory to remember what…

good simple game on Standard Game Dice

Sushi Roll is a good and simple game for 2-5 players (you can play alone without any rule changes). The gameplay is to blindly get the dice out of the bag by rolling them and then match the color of the dice and the cute sushi symbols to score points. I know people say it's like a sushi party/only works with dice instead of cards, but I feel like it's different enough not to feel the same. The theme may be the same, but in a /go game, the cards don't change once you see everyone deal, but with…

Like Sushi Go. but more random and less try your luck

My husband and I have Sushi Go!, Sushi Go Party! Enjoyed and really wanted to try Sushi Roll. We wished for a little. The game is played by everyone, starting with the same number of dice, you roll, choose one to keep, then move all other dice to the next player and roll again. Very similar to the original card game. What we didn't like was that you rerolled all dice that were rolled in the first round as soon as they were passed to another player. Seems to have added more randomness and…

A playable version of Sushi Go! it's a fun and fast filling game

Whether you like Sushi Go! You'll find it's a fun and fast-paced game. And if you prefer the more tactile experience of rolling the dice to playing cards, you won't get much less by just going the sushi roll route. The game goes over three rounds, in each round you roll the dice and choose one. You can use a Snack Menu Marker to reroll dice or a Chopstick Marker to swap dice with another player's dice pool before choosing a die to place, but this is your turn limit. Each player is given a board
